Location

Situated on the northwestern coast of Sardinia, between Castelsardo and Stintino, Le Maree - Residenze Acqua di Mare Resort overlooks the evocative Gulf of Asinara. Surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and a natural setting of great charm, the location is strategic: the port of Porto Torres is about 25 km away, Alghero airport is about 45 km, while Olbia (port and airport) is approximately 110 km away. It is an ideal starting point for visiting the north of the island.

The Residences look directly out over the sea, offering a splendid view of the Gulf of Asinara. This privileged position also allows easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches in Northern Sardinia, ideal for those who love exploring unspoiled coves and shorelines, such as Platamona, La Pelosa, Le Saline, and many others.

Residences

Le Maree - Residenze Acqua di Mare Resort is a complex of terraced apartments, all located on the ground floor with independent entrances, a patio or veranda, and a kitchenette for the Residence formula. The complex consists of Studio, One-Bedroom, and Two-Bedroom apartments just steps from the sea. Upon request and subject to availability, a cot can be provided for a supplement of €10 per day to be paid on-site. The first supply of bed linen is included in the rate, while bath towels are available for a fee and must be paid for directly at the property. Apartment cleaning is also available upon request for an additional on-site fee.

Check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.

Activities and Services

Inside the complex, guests will find a sea-view restaurant and a snack bar, both available for an extra charge. Free Wi-Fi is provided in both the apartments and common areas, and there is a reception desk and free unmanaged parking within the Resort. A characteristic small square with an adjoining portico offers an ideal spot for relaxation. Additionally, guests can find a boutique/bazaar and a minimarket within the facility. Additional services available on request for a fee include excursions, car rentals, bicycle rentals, taxi services, and airport transfers.

Sport

At Le Maree - Residenze Acqua di Mare Resort, there are two swimming pools equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, one with a sea view and one nestled in the greenery with easy access for children and guests with limited mobility. Guests also have access to two tennis courts, a gym, and a children's play area.

Animation and Entertainment

Our engaging and professional Amareclub animation team is always attentive to our guests' needs, offering a rich daily program of sports and recreational activities, tournaments, games, and entertainment for both adults and children. For younger guests, the offer is divided by age group: Mini Club (4-7 years), Maxi Club (8-11 years), Junior Club (12-14 years), and Young Club (15-18 years). Each group follows personalized entertainment and sports programs with dedicated shows and formats designed to involve and entertain children and teenagers in a dynamic way. In the evening, captivating shows and events liven up the atmosphere, providing unforgettable moments for the whole family. The animation program is active from May 29th to September 27th.

To be paid on-site

A mandatory Club Card is required from May 29th to September 27th at a cost of €10 per day for Studios, €20 per day for One-Bedroom apartments, and €30 per day for Two-Bedroom apartments, which includes use of the pools, sports courts, and animation for all ages. Final cleaning fees are €70 for Studios, €80 for One-Bedroom apartments, and €90 for Two-Bedroom apartments. The tourist tax is currently being defined.

Pets

Four-legged friends are welcome upon request for a supplement of €15 per night to be paid on-site, though they are not allowed in common areas. A valid health certificate is required.
